This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and informs You about Your privacy rights and how the law, including GDPR, protects You.

Data Controller and Data Processor:

- We, MITO LIGHT Česko s.r.o., act as the data controller of the Usage Data that we collect from you.

- Service Providers who process data on our behalf are considered data processors.

We use Your Usage data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Interpretation

- Application refers to MITO LIGHT, the software program provided by the Company.

- Country refers to: Czech Republic

- Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

- Service refers to the Application.

The Company doesn't retain any Personal Data.

The Company will retain Your Usage Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Usage  Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Your information, including Usage Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located.
